These terms apply to the 1 Click Away website, 1neclickaway.com, and to our 1 Click Away app for TikTok. By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
1 Click Away is a shoe and sportswear shop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
2. Using our website and app
Please use our website and app only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to them.
3. Products, prices and orders
We show our products, prices, sizes and stock on our website and social media. They can change without notice. An order is only confirmed when we confirm it with you directly.
4. Our TikTok app
Our app lets a TikTok account that has connected to it post our product photos and videos to that account. Posts are sent only when the account holder chooses to post them. Using the app also means following TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect the app from your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok app settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information TikTok shares with us.
5. Content and trademarks
The photos, designs and text we create belong to 1 Click Away, and you may not copy them without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners, and we use them only to describe the products we sell.
6. Disclaimer
We provide our website and app "as is". We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, 1 Click Away is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using our website or app.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
