1 Click Away ("we", "us") is a shoe and sportswear shop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, 1neclickaway.com, and through our 1 Click Away app for TikTok, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
Website. When you use our contact form or sign up for updates, we collect your name, your email address and the message you send us. Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use it.
TikTok. When a TikTok account connects to our app through Login with TikTok, TikTok shares that account's basic profile information (an account ID, display name and profile picture) and an access token. The token lets our app post photos and videos to that account, with the account holder's permission. We never receive the account's TikTok password.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and send you the updates you asked for.
- To post our product photos and videos to the TikTok account that connected our app, only when the account holder chooses to post them, and to show whether each post succeeded.
- We do not use TikTok data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run our website and servers, with TikTok when a post is sent, or when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it and how we protect it
TikTok access tokens are stored on our own server, and only our staff can reach it. We keep them only while the TikTok account stays connected, and delete them when it is disconnected. We keep contact form messages only as long as we need them to reply to you.
5. Your choices
You can disconnect our app from your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok app settings. You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
6. Children
Our website and app are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
